NCSC Female Researchers give Training about the Constitution for ‎Palestinian Women

    On November 2nd, 2020, a public participation started with dispatching the Constitutional Studies Center female researchers to give training as part of the Constitutional Awareness Campaign themed: “My Constitution Should Include Me”. The campaign is launched by Women Media and Development (TAM), the Constitutional Studies Center at An-Najah National University (NCSC) and the General Union of Palestinian Women.

    The trainers were Miss Masa Khaled, trainee lawyer and researcher at NCSC, Miss Sara Jayyousi, founding member of Human Rights Defenders and researcher at NCSC, Miss Enas Natsheh, trainee lawyer, and Miss Zeena Affouri, legal researcher at NCSC.

    The researchers went to different Palestinian cities including Jericho, Bethlehem, Tubas, Ramallah and Al Bireh, Jerusalem, Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarm, Salfit, Qalqilya, and Hebron and met with different categories of Palestinian women.

    They gave these women training sessions about the constitution, constitutional principles, and how females can be involved in this process.

    The training included 25 sessions and will be concluded by November 25, 2020.
